Chung Ching Kwong

Chung Ching Kwong (鄺頌晴) serves on the IPAC Secretariat as Senior Analyst, focusing on Hong Kong, Data Security, and United Front Work Department. She is a PhD candidate in law at the University of Hamburg and a former spokesperson for the Hong Kong web rights group Keyboard Frontline.
