Dovilė Šakalienė MP

Dovilė Šakalienė is a Member of Parliament within the Seimas, where she represents the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party. She is the Deputy Chairperson for Parliamentary Relations with the Republic of China (Taiwan), and she was the former Minister of National Defence between 2024 to 2025. Prior to joining public service, she was the CEO of the Human Rights Monitoring Institute and former Managing Director of the NGO Programme Lithuania.
