Rep. Jernie Jett V. Nisay

Jernie Jett V. Nisay is a Philippine Representative for Pusong Pinoy Partylist and serves as Deputy Minority Leader in the House of Representatives. He began his public service at age 23 as Barangay Chairperson of Cupang West, Balanga City, and went on to serve three consecutive terms as a City Councilor. During his tenure, he authored health-focused ordinances such as the Tobacco-Free Generation and co-founded Tobacco-Free Generation Pilipinas. He has represented the Philippines in international health forums and was honored with awards including the CSC Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award. He previously served as Chief of Staff to the Representative of Bataan’s 2nd Congressional District.
